Cuervo wasn’t always so full of hate, when he was still a pup he loved everything and everyone, including cats. He grew up on a barn in order to keep all the hens and other animals safe from predators who would try to eat them.
He was really great at what he did, no fox or wolf got close enough to even smell them, let alone taste them. The job was hard, cause he almost always had to be on alert.
There was also a cat living in the barn, its job was to get rid of any rats and mice that where infesting the place, and he got along well with it, until the fateful day.

He had chased the same fox away from the hens for days now, so he decided to put an end to its little game once and for all. So instead of just chasing it to the fence, he chased it all the way into the woods, where he unfortunately lost track of it, and his way home. He had gotten terribly lost in his pursuit of the fox that he had no idea how to get back home.
He kept wondering around the forest for what seemed like hours that the sun had already started to set. Normally all the animals would have gone to bed by now, but it seemed the forest never slept, cause he could hear rustling in the trees and bushes all around him.
He hadn’t eaten since noon, so he was hungry, and chasing the fox left him tired as well, so he decided to continue looking for his way home when he woke in the morning.

He woke to the sound of chatter, and when he opened his eyes and raised his head the chatter turned to surprised hisses. As he looked around he saw about five cats, plus one that he already knew. It was the one that lived in the barn to catch the mice, but it was also hissing at him. Then they all seemed to attack him from all sides, he barked it surprise as they started to claw at his pelt. He shook them off, but they just seemed to get back up and attack him again.
His frustration started to turn to anger and without thinking he grabbed one of the cats in his jaws and shook it vigorously before sending it flying at one of the trees. He had killed it, though it didn’t bother him, he simply growled at the other cats as they started to back off. He growled at them again before he started to chase them, he was going to show them how it felt to be attacked.

He managed to catch two others, but the rest escaped him by running up some trees. He paced around them waiting for them to come down, though they didn’t, he giving one last growl before he went off into the forest. His hatred for cats only seemed to grow. His friend had attacked him, there way no way he could forgive them, if he was to have revenge, then he was going to have to get rid of as many of those cats as he could, he wouldn’t let a single one escape his grasp.
He didn’t go back to his barn; he wasn’t going to get what he needed there. So not even knowing where he was going, he ran off into the forest in his hunt for felines.
Soon after that fight, he met the Doberman Lucius, he wasn’t as big as Cuervo, but he could tell that he was strong. So instead of picking a fight with the dog, he simply followed him.
